So a week ago Sunday I was walking my dog I had been absolutely fine when I suddenly got a gripping pain in my side I struggled to walk back to the car and my breathing was painful, by the time I got home I couldn’t walk and was later up on the sofa without being able to move at all. After 6hours I decided to call 111… they sent an ambulance with 3 lovely paramedics, to move me they had to pump me full of morphine and an IV paracetamol, then they were able to get me on the s…tretcher and get me to A&E. After hours of blood tests urine tests etc and mine drugs they decided it must me muscular!! So I was sent home. Told to rest and take huge amounts of oramorph … as I am self employed I can not afford to be off work, By Thursday I could just about get to the toilet on my own in agony. I was recommended to see Simone Straub who practices Natural Health. She fitted me in as an emergency on The Thursday I could barley get on the couch. She said “no problem I can fix this” I thought (Really)!!!! Using 3 different techniques to realigning my vertebrae that was crushing a nerve and my hip was dislocated. No word of a lie I walked out of the clinic a different person!! I went to work and haven’t touched another pain killer!!!! This lady is amazing if you have migraines, back pain etc….. you must try her!! Thank you so much Simone Straub.

I hope not to be a regular customer of Simone’s but I am a repeat visitor! Having had back problems since my ‘teens up to the point of requiring surgery, I should probably have learnt to be more careful. However, slipping on ice, overdoing the exercise and swinging a pickaxe have caused me some problems in the last year primarily with lower back pain. With Simone’s help I’ve rapidly regained mobility and got on with mending quickly. I’m a natural sceptic of ‘alternative’ treatments like acupuncture, but the bottom line is that the combination of the three elements of Simone’s treatment appear to work for me. Thank you Simone!

I first visited Simone in August. I had injured myself overdoing it on a hill run on holiday and was in a great deal of pain through my neck, shoulder and chest. Despite numerous consultations in Italy, I was no better on returning home. Simone very quickly found the source of the problem with several vertebrae that were out of place as well as uneven shoulder & hip alignment. In one session, Simone had all but cleared the problem and I was again able to sleep. I have been back to see her a few times since if only to make sure I am still in line. I hurt my back on Sat afternoon whilst everyone else was at FOS (thought it was a good idea to see how far I could twist my spine hoovering out my mini) but having seen Simone Straub yesterday who explained I had an imbalance of 4cm in my hips and a diffence in my leg length of 4cm it was no wonder I was in pain all day Sunday/Monday. This imbalance apparently forced my spine to sit twisted on an uneven foundation and caused the spinal column to mean 4 vertebrae were out of place – lovely. Following some deep-tissue-massge & some acupuncture and then a gentle and safe manuel therapy to put everything back into its place I now feel slightly tender but the pain is gone. The reason I’m sharing this is that if anyone ever wants their back sorted please get in touch with Simone she is amazing.
